1. Service Description

Kadai Kanakku provides retail software enabling shopkeepers to create sales invoices, track product inventory, manage supplier purchases, record customer credit/khata balances, and view store financial analytics.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You agree to provide accurate information when registering your store.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are fully responsible for all activities and transactions performed under your store account.

3. Data Ownership & Usage

• All store transaction data, product inventory lists, and customer records uploaded to Kadai Kanakku remain the sole property of the respective store owner.
• We will not use your store data for marketing or share it with third parties without authorization.

4. Subscription, Pricing & Payments

• Kadai Kanakku may offer free tiers, trial periods, and paid subscription plans.
• Subscription charges are billed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kadai Kanakku is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Kadai Kanakku shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from service interruptions or loss of data.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
